WHO PAYS FOR THE WARRANTY?
The builder purchases the warranty from ANCHOR, Inc. on behalf of the homeowner.
IS THIS AN INSURED WARRANTY?
ANCHOR Builders Warranty administers the builder’s warranty for builders with and without general liability insurance. The builder is the warrantor and repairs any covered items. If you are looking for insurance products for builders, please ask one of our licensed agents. Builders are not required to provide an insured warranty on homes built within City Limits whether the closing is FHA or not.

Across the entire state of Florida! The ANCHOR Builders’ Warranty program covers tens of thousands of new homes in Florida. Our builders build a range of homes from large volume to high end custom.
HOW MANY YEARS IS THE ANCHOR BUILDERS' WARRANTY?
ANCHOR offers builders a 7 year warranty in compliance with Florida law.
